CORA MIHALICK

Cora is a professional artist passionate about creating illustrative tattoo designs, unique creatures, and fantasy characters. For schooling, she attended the Cleveland Institute of Art where she received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Illustration. Now, she puts that knowledge to good use by creating one of a kind tattoos for her clients.

Cora’s style is focused around clean line work and soft shading. Although she prefers black and grey work, she also enjoys tattooing brightly colored pieces that pop off the skin.

 FAQs

  • Get a good nights rest the night before, eat a hearty meal before you leave for your appointment, and please do not consume any alcohol, ibuprofen, or antibiotics at least 12 hours before your appointment.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area being tattooed. I would also bring water and snacks, especially if your appointment is multiple hours. You will need your ID, as well, to fill out the consent form.

  • If you want to use numbing cream, apply it in a thick layer to the area being tattooed (use gloves to protect your hands) at least one hour (1hr) before your appointment time. Then, wrap the area in plastic wrap and secure with tape if needed.

Numbing cream can effect the healing process of your tattoo and the length of your appointment if it needs reapplied, so keep that in mind if you decide to use it.

  • Please allow a few days for me to reply to your booking request, as my schedule is very busy. I will do my best to respond as fast as possible, just keep in mind that tattooing takes up the majority of my time during the day.

  • I prioritize custom pieces in my style, and flash designs. My style is very illustrative and more line work focused. I especially enjoy tattooing fantasy creatures, anime characters, Pokemon, dragons, animals, and plants.

I prefer to stay away from realism, geometric designs, fine line, birth flowers, Pinterest designs, and anything with skin tears.

  • There is a parking lot located behind Stauf’s Coffee and The Avenue that is free from 6am - 5pm.

  • No, I do not tattoo anyone under 18 years old.

  • I do not offer face, head, or private area placements.

I also cannot tattoo over sunburns or injuries (fresh scrapes, heavy bruising, etc.)

  • Yes, I require an $100 deposit to be put down when booking in order to secure your appointment. Deposits go towards the final price and will be deducted after your final appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance (this allows me time to fill your time slot). If a cancellation or reschedule is made without giving me notice at least 72 hours in advance, you will forfeit your booking deposit, and you will need to put down a new $100 deposit for you to re-book.

Also, make sure you are on time for your appointment! If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment without contacting me and giving me a heads up, it will result in a reschedule and loss of your $100 deposit.
